REFUND POLICY
No refunds and no exchanges on individual show tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another night of the same performance, with no less than 24 hours notice and pending availability. Contact DanceHouse Guest Services at 604.801.6225 or bonnie@dancehouse.ca.
Subscribers who are unable to attend either performance night may return their subscription ticket for an official receipt for income tax purposes for the value of the ticket, with no less than 24 hours notice.

Payment is made directly through Desjardins. Desjardins complies with SSL encryption standards, under which transaction information will always be transmitted securely in a format that cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party.Credit card information is not stored within the DanceHouse database. As a result, online shoppers are required to enter their credit card information with every new transaction.
